Rivenmark Pearl Drop Earrings

A pair of 7mm freshwater pearl drops on small 14k yellow gold posts, with a fine articulated link between the post and the pearl so each drop swings naturally with the wearer's movement. The pearls are matched as a near-pair rather than a perfect pair — close in shape and overtone, with the small irregularity that distinguishes freshwater from manufactured. Friction-fit backings hold the posts; locking backs are available on request.

The pearl is set close enough to the lobe to lie flat against a pillow, and the post is short enough that it doesn't pull on a phone screen pressed against the ear.
